A pair of Art Deco dangle earrings made from a repurposed sterling silver bar pin, circa 1930. Each earring consists of a narrow bar that measures 1 3/8-inches in length, 3.3 mm wide and 3.8 mm deep. The bar is set with five round rhinestones and a single blue glass “stone” that gives the effect of channel set square blue sapphires. The edges of the bar have milgrain tooling which is so often seen in Art Deco jewelry. Total drop of the earring, including the ear wires is 1 2 7/8-inches. All metal elements are sterling silver. Condition issues: one of the sapphire blue”stones” is chipped on the end (see photos).

All of my vintage-original items have elements that have been previously worn and loved so are sold as is.  I have a long history in the jewelry industry (since 1993!) and am a certified GIA gemologist.  I do my best to accurately describe items and am confident in my ability to assess stones, metal, construction, etc.  I use the term “delicate” in many of my listings which I interpret to mean small or dainty.  If the ring or item requires extra care when worn, usually I use “fragile” or “wear with care”.  Most pieces have been lightly polished or cleaned, if possible, unless the process will damage or alter their natural patina.   Some items can be altered, some cannot but please feel free to ask questions, I will answer them as quickly as I can.   Please keep in mind that custom-altered pieces are non-returnable.  Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

Return policy: I want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  I will accept returns and refund the full amount paid less the cost of shipping and insurance.  I ask that all items are returned to me in the same condition in which they were received and within two (2) weeks of receipt.

Thank you!
