Description
A Tinacity Vintage Elements piece featuring an antique Edwardian watch fob that has been repurposed as a pendant with new gold-filled chain. The pendant is gold-filled and is set with a carved mother-of pearl center stone that was a cuff link in its previous life. The mother of pearl has a carved star-like pattern and retains a bit of the cuff link finding on the reverse side. Overall length of the pendant is 2-inches and width is 1 1/4-inches. It is permanently attached to a gold-filled cable link chain that is 18-inches long with a spring ring clasp. Condition of the vintage elements is very good: there is some oxidation and superficial wear which is consistent with age and use.
All of my vintage-original items have elements that have been previously worn and loved so are sold as is. I have a long history in the jewelry industry (since 1993!) and am a certified GIA gemologist. I do my best to accurately describe items and am confident in my ability to assess stones, metal, construction, etc. I use the term “delicate” in many of my listings which I interpret to mean small or dainty. If the ring or item requires extra care when worn, usually I use “fragile” or “wear with care”. Most pieces have been lightly polished or cleaned, if possible, unless the process will damage or alter their natural patina. Some items can be altered, some cannot but please feel free to ask questions, I will answer them as quickly as I can. Please keep in mind that custom-altered pieces are non-returnable.
