A gorgeous vintage statement ring of a large, beautifully rendered poppy flower, circa 1915. The ring is a cast design, made of sterling silver (stamped on the interior). The design is an elaborate three-dimensional stylized poppy flower with scroll accents down the sides of the shank. Overall dimensions are 1 1/16-inches in length (26.8 mm) tapering to 1/8-inch (4 mm) at the base of the shank. It is a US finger size 6 3/4. Condition is near perfect: there are some pits on the interior of the shank which are part of the original casting process. It has been lightly polished.

All of my vintage items are all previously worn and loved and so are sold as is.  I have a long history in the jewelry industry (since 1993!) and am a certified GIA gemologist.  I do my best to accurately describe items and am confident in my ability to assess stones, metal, construction, etc.  I use the term “delicate” in many of my listings which I interpret to mean small or dainty.  If the ring or item requires extra care when worn, usually I use “fragile” or “wear with care”. Most pieces have been lightly polished or cleaned, if possible, unless the process will damage or alter their natural patina.  Some items can be altered, some cannot, so please feel free to ask questions, I will answer them as quickly as I can.   Please keep in mind that custom-altered pieces are non-returnable.

Return policy: I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. I will accept returns and refund the full amount paid less the cost of shipping and insurance. I ask that all items are returned to me in the same condition in which they were received and within two (2) weeks of receipt.
