Description

This is just a lovely necklace! It is a double strand lavalier style necklace consisting of a 20-inch and 16-inch layers, circa 1920 . Both strands have a large faceted briolette or teardrop shaped glass drop that measures 17 x 13 mm. Above each briolette is a circle of 5-clear faceted beads. Six additional faceted beads accent each side of the necklace. The smaller beads each measure roughly 5.5 mm in diameter. Beads are attached to “crinkle-cut” shaped links which are a gold-tone base metal. Condition is very good.

All of my vintage items are all previously worn and loved and so are sold as is.  I have a long history in the jewelry industry (since 1993!) and am a certified GIA gemologist.  I do my best to accurately describe items and am confident in my ability to assess stones, metal, construction, etc.  I use the term “delicate” in many of my listings which I interpret to mean small or dainty.  If the ring or item requires extra care when worn, usually I use “fragile” or “wear with care”. Most pieces have been lightly polished or cleaned, if possible, unless the process will damage or alter their natural patina.  Some items can be altered, some cannot, so please feel free to ask questions, I will answer them as quickly as I can.   Please keep in mind that custom-altered pieces are non-returnable.

Return policy: I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. I will accept returns and refund the full amount paid less the cost of shipping and insurance. I ask that all items are returned to me in the same condition in which they were received and within two (2) weeks of receipt.
