Description
Pair of vintage eveningwear rhinestone earrings, circa 1930. Earrings are crescent shaped and are each set with marquise and round cut, foil-back rhinestones*. Overall length is 7/8-inch x 3/8-inch wide. Screw back settings made of a silver tone base metal. Condition is very good: some discoloration of rhinestones due to age and wear has occurred.
All of my vintage items are all previously worn and loved and so are sold as is. I have a long history in the jewelry industry (since 1993!) and am a certified GIA gemologist. I do my best to accurately describe items and am confident in my ability to assess stones, metal, construction, etc. Many pieces have not been polished or cleaned (aside from a soft cloth) due to their delicate nature or to retain their natural patina. Some items can be altered, some cannot but please feel free to ask questions, I will answer them as quickly as I can. Please keep in mind that custom-altered pieces are non-returnable.
Return policy: I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. I will accept returns and refund the full amount paid less the cost of shipping and insurance. I ask that all items are returned to me in the same condition in which they were received and within two (2) weeks of receipt.

*Do not immerse plastic beads or foil back rhinestones in liquid cleaner. Best practices are to use a soft brush with a small amount of cleaner on rhinestones (make sure to dry immediately). Bead string will become discolored if immersed in liquid; best to use soft cloth, slightly dampened if needed. And, always put your jewelry on AFTER you have used perfume or hairspray. Your jewelry will thank you by staying sparkly for a long time!
