Description

A fantastic vintage 1920’s flapper necklace made of silver-tone base metal and Bohemian glass. Overall length of the necklace is 60-inches. Necklace features vivid blue sapphire-colored glass ovals and pear shaped cut glass arranged in two sections. The sections each have two ovals (12 x 6 mm) and two pear-shaped (14 x 6 mm) glass stones set in serrated edge bezels. A single filigree link accents the center of the sections. Also added are round beads and elongated fancy bar beads for interest. Chain link is a cable style that measures 1.5 mm. Overall condition is very good: some of the glass stones have small abrasions consistent with age and use. Necklace has been lightly cleaned and polished.

All of my vintage items are all previously worn and loved and so are sold as is.  I have a long history in the jewelry industry (since 1993!) and am a certified GIA gemologist.  I do my best to accurately describe items and am confident in my ability to assess stones, metal, construction, etc.  I use the term “delicate” in many of my listings which I interpret to mean small or dainty.  If the ring or item requires extra care when worn, usually I use “fragile” or “wear with care”. Most pieces have been lightly polished or cleaned, if possible, unless the process will damage or alter their natural patina.  Some items can be altered, some cannot, so please feel free to ask questions, I will answer them as quickly as I can.   Please keep in mind that custom-altered pieces are non-returnable.

Return policy: I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. I will accept returns and refund the full amount paid less the cost of shipping and insurance. I ask that all items are returned to me in the same condition in which they were received and within two (2) weeks of receipt.
